Meditation for Yogis - August 6-10 Thurs Aft through Mon Noon:
For yoga practitioners who wish to investigate sitting meditation as a way to expand and deepen their practice. Beginnners/all levels welcome. With Sean Murphy and Jennifer Ammann. 5-day intensive - $450


Conscious Relationship - August 21-23 Fri Eve – Sun.
Practical Approaches to Understanding Human Interactions with Debra Solomon, Dr. of Psychiatry, and Stephen Abt (Continuing education may be available for mental healthcare professionals, psychotherapists, etc. Inquire for details) $200


Yoga for Meditators - August 27-31 Thurs Aft through Mon Noon:
For meditation practioners who wish to investigate how the ease and openness of the body developed in yoga practice can lead to greater ease and comfort, increased depth of concentration, and freedom from pain in sitting meditation. Beginnners/all levels welcome. With Sean Murphy and Jennifer Ammann. 5-day intensive - $450


Performers Yoga & Meditation Intensive -- the Art of Presence. Sept 26-27:
An investigation into the art of powerful performance, including exercises in acting, improvisation, movement & meditation. Open to all levels of interest and experience. With Actor/Screenwriter/Director Bruce McIntosh, Sean Murphy, Jennifer Ammann. $200.
